Terms of service.

The rules of the road for using Folio.

Last updated · June 1, 2026

Acceptance

By opening an account on Folio you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The wallet and investment plans

Folio provides a digital wallet and access to curated fixed-return investment plans. Returns shown on each plan are the target return as agreed at the moment of investment, paid out at maturity from the platform's reserves.

Returns on investment plans are not guaranteed and depend on the platform's ability to honour them. Past performance is not a predictor of future performance.

Deposits, withdrawals, and KYC

All deposits and withdrawals are subject to administrative review. Manual bank and crypto transfers are credited after the inbound payment is verified. Withdrawals are released after admin approval within the published SLA. We may require additional verification (KYC) before releasing funds.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Folio for money laundering, financing of unlawful activity, or any other purpose prohibited by applicable law. We reserve the right to suspend accounts pending investigation and to refer suspicious activity to relevant authorities.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Folio disclaims all warranties and is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced via the app and via email; continued use of the service after the effective date of a change constitutes acceptance.
